Routy’s Plumbing & Gas is a Western Australian owned and operated Plumbing company based in Perth Metro.
The company was established in 2015 by our Managing Director Robert Rout, who recognised the lack of diversity in the current Perth based plumbing companies.
Routy's Plumbing & Gas has evolved into a renowned commercial plumbing company that is proficient in all aspects of plumbing and gas from domestic maintenance to civil plumbing.
Inspired by founder Rob Rout's hands-on approach and strong focus on team development, the Routy's team is kept highly skilled and our workmanship to the best of standards, exceeding our clients expectations and resulting in a strong repeat client base.

Robert Rout
Managing Director
Rob began his plumbing career in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and relocated to Perth during his final years of tafe to work for a larger commercial plumbing company in which he quickly climbed the ranks becoming leading hand shortly after.
Throughout his working career he has always been leading hand on large commercial sized projects, proving his competencies and high skills on plumbing as well as project management.
In 2015, Rob completed his Plumbing Contractors License and established Routy’s Plumbing & Gas, the company has since grown into a decent sized company, big enough to deliver but small enough to ensure high quality of workmanship.
Rob’s hands-on approach and strong focus on team development has ensured our team is kept highly skilled and our workmanship is only to the best of standards, exceeding our clients expectations and resulting in a strong repeat client base.
Joseph Jarvis
Joe joined Routy’s Plumbing & Gas in 2019 as a plumbing tradesman but was quickly promoted to Project Manager after demonstrating strong commercial plumbing skills and experience.
Joe’s ability to complete and handover projects ahead of schedule and to troubleshoot on the job issues, impresses our clients time & time again.
Georgia Farrell
Georgia started with Routy’s Plumbing & Gas in 2015 helping to build the business and run the office duties. Honouring in a Bachelor of Arts (Interior Design), Georgia comes from a construction background with experience working with Architects, Builders, Trades and Suppliers.
Myles Smythe
Myles started his apprenticeship in 2008, with some of the toughest plumbers in the trade. He learnt the value of hard work, the benefits of being on time with jobs and the need for onsite banter. After working in Melbourne for 4 years under some of the busiest project managers, Myles came back to Perth to pass on everything he has learnt over his 14 years of Plumbing.
Now as an estimator Myles is passionate about delivering the best service for our customers, going through plans in detail and discussing the ins and outs of the job. Once awarded the work doesn’t end there for Myles, ensuring the job gets off the ground in a timely manner.
